Our Story

Patina Country Estate Sales is a professional Estate Sale company situated in Columbia County, Oregon. Janet and Heather have strong ties not only to the community and region but also possess extensive expertise in managing estate sales and understanding antiques and vintage items. In the past, they operated an antique shop in Scappoose called Patina, alongside a group of remarkable women. The Patina name is thus inspired by this shared history.

    Janet Williams has been actively involved in conducting estate sales for 30 years. Additionally, she has owned and operated various antique shops and currently holds the position of President at our Local Historical Society. In this role, she oversees the historical collection, regularly collaborating with experts. Janet's passion extends to her family, friends, community, cooking, and gardening.

  • Heather Arnis

    Heather Arnis, representing the fourth generation in her family's antique business, boasts over 25 years of experience under different names and partnerships spanning Columbia County, Portland, and the wider region. Heather specializes in Persian rugs and provides current market evaluations. Beyond her professional pursuits, she cherishes her family, friends, gardening, and dogs.
